HOUSE BILL NO. 456 am "An Act making appropriations to satisfy                 
the agreed-upon monetary terms of certain collective bargaining                
agreements for certain public employees; and providing for an                  
effective date" was read the second time.                                      
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Rules Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4630.                 
Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 456(RLS)

second time.                                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 456(RLS) be considered engrossed,                        
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.

time.                                                                          
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                       
456(RLS) "An Act making appropriations to satisfy the agreed-upon
